Legal Disclosure (C.R.S. § 24-21-525): I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THE STATE OF COLORADO AND I MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE. I AM NOT AN IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT, NOR AM I AN EXPERT ON IMMIGRATION MATTERS. IF YOU SUSPECT FRAUD, YOU MAY CONTACT THE COLORADO ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE OR THE COLORADO SUPREME COURT. I provide notarial and administrative services only. I do not provide legal advice, representation, or opinion, and I am not affiliated with any government agency.

1
Notarial Service Fees (Statutory Maximum Applies)

These fees are set and limited by Colorado law and apply per notarial act / per signature that I notarize.

Standard Notarial Act

$15

This is the Colorado statutory maximum per notarial act (per signature or per certified copy).

Travel, convenience, and administrative fees are separate, not regulated by statute, and are always quoted and agreed upon in advance.

2
Special Discount Locations (Community Hubs)

Save on both the notary fee AND the travel fee by meeting me at one of my Community Hubs during scheduled hours! These are voluntary discounts below the statutory maximum; the legal maximum of $15 per notarial act still applies under Colorado law.

By appointment only: I'm not permanently stationed at these Community Hubs. I meet you there only at a confirmed time, so please book first by call or text — that way no one has to wait and I can guarantee I'll be there. Addresses & directions.

Important: The $10 rates are a business courtesy offered by Quintana Notary & Signing. Colorado's statutory maximum remains $15 per notarial act; I simply choose to charge less at these locations during scheduled hours. To receive these discounts and waived travel fees, clients must meet the notary at the specified Community Hub location during posted hours. Community Hubs are simply public places where I meet clients by appointment, such as a study room I reserve. I am not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tienda Salvadoreña, MSU Denver, the Auraria Library, or Denver Public Library.

3
Mobile & Convenience Fees (Per Appointment — Not Regulated by Statute)

The Mobile Fee is charged once per appointment (not per signature) and is not set by Colorado law. It is based on round-trip mileage from Tienda Salvadoreña in Denver (5128 E Colfax Ave) and is always quoted and agreed in writing before your appointment.

U.S. Passport Support & Clerical Preparation

I assist with organization and paperwork before you appear at a federal facility. I do not act as a passport acceptance facility and do not submit applications on your behalf.

Federal Compliance Notice

  • Appearance: First-time applicants (Form DS-11) must appear in person at an authorized passport acceptance facility or federal office. I cannot appear or sign in your place, and I cannot "drop off" or file your application for you.
  • Identity Verification: I do not verify your identity for the federal government; that is done by the Passport Acceptance Agent in person at the facility.
  • Government Fees: All U.S. Department of State and facility fees are set by the federal government and are paid separately and directly by the client. Passport forms (DS-11, DS-82) are free at travel.state.gov and you can fill them out yourself at no cost; my fee covers only typing and my time.

If your document needs notarization, I can notarize your signature at the same appointment (the notary fee is separate).

Note: This is a typing and translation service only. You decide what to write. For legal or immigration questions, please consult a licensed attorney.
